My Book is my own personal love letter to Christmas and a LABOUR OF LOVE. Written during the first lockdown it was originally self published through a Kickstarter campaign when so many wonderful people MADE THIS HAPPEN. As well as 15 original recipes it also includes a number of personal memories of growing up as a working class kid in Birmingham in the 1980s and 90s, it is packed with bright and colourful pictures .. and if you are a baker yourself it contains a list of all my “secret sauce” where I get my stuff and some tips for setting up your own bakery business.

Most recipes in the book can be “veganised” and there are instructions how to do that.
