My brownies are the best you will ever have. Called "the fillet steak of the brownie world" by a leading food critic my brownies have had gasps of acclaim and appreciation wherever they go. Served in some of the leading independent cafes across Birmingham and beyond here is the chance to have a WHOLE TRAY of your very own.
Each tray contains 12 generous portions (some people cut them into 24 and claim because they are so rich just a smaller piece is enough.
Part of the secret of the brownies is absolutely excellent ingredients, excellent butter, even better chocolate and free range eggs .. this is just enough of the secret I am willing to tell .. but I can promise you they are AMAZING.

Selection Box - All the “good ones” from Cadbury’s Heroes crammed into a brownie and drizzled in milk chocolate. (Contains no nuts).
Peanut Butter Nutter - Pips Organic Crunchy Peanut butter swirled into delicious brownie. (Contains Peanuts)
Salted Caramel - My homemade Welsh Sea Salt (Halen Mol) salted caramel packed with butter and double cream sandwiched between amazing chocolate brownie.
Vegan - made with no eggs or dairy these delicious brownies are a chocoholics dream (contain soy and wheat).
Gluten Free - classic fudge brownies made with gluten free ingredients. Please note although every care is taken to avoid cross contamination I am not a “gluten free” bakery and there are gluten containing flours in the bakery.
Important but boring bit .. my Christmas range can be COLLECTED ONLY from my studio in Northfield, Birmingham (6 West Heath Road, Northfield, B31 2JA) on the
21st, 22nd, 23rd of December between 9:30am - 5:30pm , please write a note on your order your preferred collection day. As the busiest time of our year I won’t have time to chase people up on collections. Your brownie will be baked freshly on the day of your collection and will be perfect for 10 days after collection - these brownies will take you right over Christmas and towards New Year - if they last that long.
