Online Ordering

I have set up an online shop to make it easier to order our cakes. Customer feedback highlighted sometimes it is tricky to send messages to order a cake and customers were unsure how much my cakes cost. 

I need 2 weeks lead time for online orders, please do not order a cake using the online shop if your event is sooner than that, drop me a line to to see if I can accommodate your last minute order. 

Once your cake has been ordered and payment received I will contact you to discuss and finalise your order and arrange a collection or delivery date, please allow up to 24 hours, I work entirely on my own.  

Collection & Delivery

You cake can be collected at a mutually convenient time from my premises in South Birmingham (Northfield / Selly Oak border), if you are a customer at any of my wholesale outlets (Gin & Pickles / Underpressure Espresso) I can arrange for your cake to be collected there. 

If delivery is more convenient this can be provided for £5, we make no profit from deliveries, it just covers the use of the vehicle to deliver your cake. 

Refund Policy

A Full refund will be provided if a cancellation is made no less than 7 days before the arranged collection / delivery day. Refunds cannot be provided after this time. 

Your Cake

I work hard to create the best tasting cakes around. 

The price of my cakes reflect the excellent ingredients, time and other costs to run a small business. I cannot compete with supermarkets on price but I can certainly deliver on exceptional flavour and a luxury , high end product. My cakes offer exceptional value for the quality of ingredients used and the one to one craftsmanship that goes into every cake. 

Your cake or brownies will contain free range local eggs, butter - NEVER margarine and certainly no palm oil. My flavours are natural and our Vanilla comes from real vanilla pods - not an essence. I use Belgian chocolate. I insist on the highest quality ingredients to create the best tasting cakes. 


Will you copy a cake if I send you a photo off the internet? 

The short answer to this question is no. I am however happy to redesign or come up with an alternative for you.

Do you make wedding cakes? 

Yes, absolutely, I would be thrilled to discuss the cake of your dreams with you, bare in mind my style though; and if I feel your vision is more well suited to another local baker I will be happy to signpost you. 

Do you do fondant covered cakes?

You have probably noticed most of my cakes are covered in a buttercream, French, Swiss, Italian ..all the buttercreams, and ganaches, although I have the skills to make fondant covered cakes they do not reflect my particular style of cake making which is more focused towards an excellent cake of which every single part can be eaten and enjoyed.
