Your booking is PER FAMILY GROUP. This is up to 4 children PER GROUP.

Your grotto booking is per family group. Our space is small so we recommend if you are planning to bring lots of family members to book 2 slots.

One family group is up to 6 people, which includes up to 4 children.

Our Santa is amazing with kids and adults with SEN, be confident your visit will be tailored towards the needs of your children.

If you are bringing buggies we will ask you to park your buggy outside for your visit, it will be watched over by one of our Elves.

You will receive an email confirmation of your booking. PLEASE make a note of the time, as a small team (ok, you got me, one person), I really don’t have the time to keep fetching bookings up and reminding people of what they have booked - do a girl a favour!

We have had to make the difficult decision to charge a nominal fee for our grotto this year due to the huge amount of no shows last year. Lil’s Parlour CIC are dedicated to helping our community engage and enjoy the work we are doing and want to be as inclusive as possible. If you are struggling or in crisis we are happy to refund the cost of your visit discreetly in person after your grotto slot. Please speak to one of our elves who will be happy to help.

Within 7 days of the event if you are unable to attend your slot please email lilsparlour@gmail.com so we can cancel and refund your slot to offer it to someone else. Our grotto is always massively over subscribed.

Bookings are none refundable if you choose to cancel last minute as these slots are more difficult for us to fill.
